Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
This policy explains how TeamUp LLC ("TeamUp", "we", "us") handles information collected through teamupsearch.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, whether you are hiring or looking for work, your company (optional) and your message. Our form provider also records your IP address and browser type with each submission to help block spam. If you email us or send a resume, we keep what you send.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not place third-party tracking tools on our site that follow your activity across other websites.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss open roles or hiring needs.
- To match consultants with contract and full-time Workday positions. If you are a candidate, we will ask for your permission before sharing your resume or details with a hiring company.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores contact form submissions.
- FormSubmit delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Titan and Google (Gmail) host the email inboxes where form submissions and emails are delivered.
- Google Fonts and Unsplash serve the fonts and banner image, which means your browser connects to their servers when the page loads.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and candidate information for as long as it is useful for current or future placements, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ben@teamupsearch.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites, our site works the same whether or not that signal is on.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to TeamUp staff. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers through the form.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
